
History:
set up in 2000, it is a sawmill with a modern line of sawing machinery, as well as steaming, drying and secondary processing plants. Cora group’s logistics organization allows for direct access to all the main global markets with immediate delivery from mill to customer.
Location:
the company has its offices and plants in Omarska, near Banja Luka, in Bosnia Herzegovina and is owned 100% by the group CORA DOMENICO & FIGLI SPA (Italy).
Features of the area:
the area north of Bosnia is forested in BEECH (mainly) and OAK of excellent fiber and quality. The logs are harvested within a radius of 100-150 km.
Production:
semi-trimmed and trimmed planks, fresh, seasoned and dried, white and steamed, production of semi-finished products in wood for industry (chairs, living-room furniture, etc.).
A continual supply of wood as well as the total control of the production cycle (from the forest to the end product) allow for the monitoring and guarantee of a high quality standard of our products, and also the assurance of constant product availability for all our customers.
