As Director, my job is to organize and coordinate singercically the differents company’s departments: human resource management, sales and supplies, production, ordinary maintainance following the principle of sharing and efficiency.

Developing the image of our society in an international market, communicating and working together with suppliers, institutions and local community, creating a positive work enviroment and the conditions for personal and professional improvement of each employee are my dayly aim.

Lipa is composed by a dynamic and international team that supports me every day and it allows me to have a great opportunity of personal and professional growth.

As production manager, my task is to optimize productive processes, managing, planning and conceiving a work plan that is in compliance with company’s high quality standards.
